- Dranetz-BMI has introduced the next generation of permanently installed power monitoring, the Encore Series, an intelligent, powerful monitoring system that features a configurable, modular design that will give users the exact information that they need. Information is accessible via the Web using a standard Web browser or locally through an easy-to-use touch screen interface. The Encore Series units are compact and fit into small spaces.
- Dranetz-BMI's Signature System is a data management and decision support system that collects and communicates power system data and helps identify the root cause of power quality problems. The system allows users to monitor and analyze power data on a continuous basis from wherever you and/or your end-user are located using a standard Web browser and can even notify of impending problems. Here's how it works: The full range of power quality parameters - including current, voltage, demand, and energy are collected through DataNodesTM, which you configure to specific triggers/alarms. Data is communicated to InfoNodesTM, where a power database is created and managed. The InfoNodeTM is also the communication portal of the system. Up to 10 people can simultaneously view data through the Internet or remotely via modem. All you need to access the Signature SystemTM data is a Web browser - there's no proprietary software to learn, install, or upgrade. Alarms and alerts are delivered to pager, e-mail, cell phone, or existing building/facility management system. When coupled with AnswerModulesTM, the Signature SystemTM will diagnosis data by taking collected power signatures and automatically identifying the cause in real-time.
