- The ALL-TEST IV PRO 2000 Motor Circuit Analyzer pinpoints winding and rotor electrical faults in all types of motors and coils. Used for predictive maintenance, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, the ALL-TEST IV PRO 2000 makes and compares five different measurements to detect and diagnose motor winding faults, shorted windings, contaminated windings, insulation breakdown, ground faults, phase unbalances, poor connections, and more. The ALL-TEST IV PRO is easy-to-use with on screen prompts and checks, as well as auto test modes. Results can be stored on-board and uploaded to a PC using Trend 2005 software to create a motor database for trending and diagnostic reports.
- The ALL-TEST PRO On-Line is a hand-held motor current signature analysis system that analyzes voltage and current signatures from running motors to diagnose the entire motor circuit from incoming power through the driven load. This unit detects both electrical and mechanical problems. (Requires the ALL-TEST IV PRO 2000.)
- Turn to the ALL-TEST PRO 31 or troubleshooting, start-up, and quality control of AC/DC motors, generators, or transformers. Without disassembly or removal, the ALL-TEST PRO 31 performs a series of impedance-based tests on each winding that provides a clear picture of the motor circuit and will quickly indicate the presence of a fault.
- A three-phase power meter with recording capabilities like Megger's PA9 Plus Power Analyzer will record cycle by cycle current to determine motor inrush for load studies and unbalances. The unit can also provide power factor and harmonics information. See more on instrument capabilities see Power Quality Monitors and Analyzers.
Other motor testing tools include ohmmeters, power clampmeters, phase sequence indicators, and phase sequence/motor rotation testers. Contract TruPower Associates regarding your application at (410) 242-2300 or contact us by clicking here.
